Pioneer B1’s SAP Business One Practice Acquired Using RoseBiz M&A Advisory Services

Pioneer B1, an Arizona based SAP Business One Gold Partner, was recently acquired by platform provider, Sapphire Systems, after enlisting the Mergers & Acquisitions advisory services of RoseBiz Inc.

Working closely with RoseBiz founder, Linda Rose, Pioneer B1 was able to secure high-valuation and close the deal within two months after receiving an initial offer from Sapphire. RoseBiz’s services were instrumental in preparing necessary documents and positioning Pioneer B1 for the highest possible valuation while ensuring the deal was a win-win for all stakeholders.
