I encourage you to dive into the course immediately so you can begin to understand the necessary steps to sell your company. Because this process to fully plan and prepare for an exit can take as long as 2-3 years, you have access to the course materials for three years from the date of enrollment to access the course. This means you will have ample time to work your way through the modules or come back to them at a later date to renew and refresh.
The great thing about Ready…Set…SELL is it is a go-at-your-own-pace course; it will differ for everyone. The entire course is delivered to you at once. Some students start at the beginning, others jump to a particular module or lesson that is most meaningful to them at this moment. It’s completely up to you. I recommend you listen to the module once or twice first, and then spend time reviewing the resources and doing the work where needed.
Each module includes a direct overview from me, and then we head into some slides to explain the content in more detail. You will also gain access to handouts and other resources to help you review and apply the topics. All recorded coffee hour question and answer sessions will be saved in each module of the course.
I would be surprised if you didn’t have questions, which is why we have set up coffee (or tea) hours on Friday mornings. If you cannot make the session due to schedule, not to worry. Send in your question in advance and listen to the recording that will be posted in that module. I cover a module each week. You will always have access to the latest recordings if you miss a live session.
After we deliver this initial founding members launch, we will then assess the next launch schedule. But as of this moment, we don’t expect to offer this again in 2023. When we do offer it again, the price will be much higher.
Great question, and I wish more people would ask it. To truly prepare and plan for an exit, it really takes about 3+ years. Not everyone has that much time because they may have a pending offer or want to sell sooner. But if you really want to maximize the value of your company and do everything we suggest in this course, we think 2 – 3 years before you sell is the perfect time to learn this content.
