Turnkey Technologies’ MS Dynamics Hosting Practice Gets Acquired with Help from RoseBiz M&A Advisor Services

Turnkey Technologies, Inc., a St. Louis-based Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM provider recently sold its managed cloud services division, Turnkey Cloud Services, with the help of RoseBiz Inc.’s consulting services for Mergers and Acquisitions.

Linda Rose, Founder and CEO of RoseBiz Inc., worked side-by-side with Turnkey leadership to ensure the transaction process went smoothly. From helping Turnkey prepare all appropriate documents for buyer presentations, to marketing Turnkey to a variety of qualified buyers, RoseBiz Inc. was able to assist in expediting the close of the sale.

“My experience with Linda was a close partnership as we completed this journey,” said Turnkey Technologies CEO, Chris Gherardini. “Linda directed the pre-sale due diligence and was quickly able to line up a group of interested parties and secured a couple of letters of interest.” 

As an industry veteran in the information technology services industry and as a CPA, Rose was able to draw on her experience of successfully building and selling three tech businesses to prepare Turnkey for sale to CyberlinkASP, a hosting services provider for hosted desktops and applications.

“When I decided to sell the Dynamics hosting division of my company, I reached directly out to Linda Rose,” said Gherardini. “Her experience in selling her own hosting practice as well as her contacts in the industry after 30 years was the driving factor in selecting her firm.”
