Yes. You would, however, need to cancel before the first of the month, as we bill in advance.
Yes, but you must wait three months from the cancellation date to rejoin. You will also be required to pay the current membership fee (without any discounts for alumni or new members) upon rejoining.
Yes, we cover both sides of a transaction and will have buyers on a call for you to learn their secrets when looking for an acquisition.
Yes, there will be a replay portal of every session in your member.
The two live calls a month will be hosted over Zoom at 10am on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. The call recordings and resources will be available to you in your member portal. Written questions and answers from the live sessions will also be posted in the Q&A Vault in your member portal.
We ask for questions in advance, and you can ask questions live using the Q&A box on the calls. Questions cannot be seen by other participants, for confidentiality reasons. If you can’t make the live session, you can send them in advance and listen to the replay.
We bill per company, but we limit it to three individuals per company (ideally, owners).
All members are kept confidential.
Well, as you know, every buyer, will also eventually sell. But, more immediately, buyers get so much value out the course as well, because the M&A process is the same for both: both buyers and sellers work with the same documents, terms, deal structures, due diligence and much more. As a buyer, you are at a considerable advantage since you know now what is required and what to look out for in sellers. In short, it will make you a savvier buyer as well!
